TNT-Fitness Tip of the Week!
What is the best ratio of proteins, fats and carbs to
burn fat?
It's 50% protein, 20% carbs and believe it or not
about 30% fat.
Now, type and timing of consumption is VERY IMPORTANT!
(You CANNOT eat PIZZA everyday and get leaner....it
doesn't work that way!)
The most important meal of the day IS NOT
BREAKFAST..it's the one within one hour of working
out!
WHY? Your body just went through a "very stressful
activity" (working out, exercising etc.) and it's
WINDOW of opportunity to replenish itself is now
(within one-to-three hours after)..that is the best
time to eat/drink quality protein, food etc.
Back to the best ratio of protein, fats and
carbs...eating and drinking your meals (and having at
least five or six smaller ones each day) along with a
good ratio of proteins is ESSENTIAL to your fitness
success!
TNT...means training, Nutrition AND TIME!
You are the only one who can control the nutrition
element!
Good Luck..and keep the faith!

INC. your DREAMS
by Rebecca Maddox
An entreprenuial book written by a former senior
executive who motivates the reader to build their
business and their dreams around their passions.
A MUST-READ for any person thinking about starting
their own business or merely finding the "thing that
drives them."
Fun, fast-moving and loaded with good stuff!

Motivation for Winners!
"Imagination is the beginning of creation."
High achievers (think Tiger Woods) imagine their goals
more clearly and actively than less motivated
individuals.
Research PROVES that success-oriented people are
motivated by vivid and precise mental images of what
they want to achieve and how they "see the future."
Do YOU? You CAN!
But you might need to change!
"Progress is IMPOSSIBLE without CHANGE."
Unless you are WILLING to change (do things better,
different, ask and seek advice, CHANGE...) things will
most likely work out as they have in the past.
Remember the Seinfeld episode involving George (where
he did the opposite) most of the show. IT WORKED...he
began getting different results!
THINK CHANGE....first, not last.
What's New at DRMBIG?
Experienced a wonderful television interview this past
Tuesday on channel 7 (NBC) in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Bonnie Kirschman and I discussed the Ten Commandements
of Fitness Success (a copy can be printed from our web
site, click on "FREE STUFF") and FIT HAPPENS at any
age book.
It went so well, the station might add an "ASK MR.
FIT" segment each week.
As always...continue to Dream BIG and keep the faith!
Mike.
Feel free to forward to your MCI network (family and
friends)
As always... let me hear from you, including
suggestions for inclusion in future issues.
