TNT-Fitness Tip of the Week!
Trying to keep up with the Joneses!
Let's face it, every person we know (including myself
until I learned better), wants to keep up with the
Joneses, and ENHANCE their fitness levels.
Initially, our fitness goals may be modest...to lose a
few dozen pounds, try to fit into those high school
jeans, look good at the pool this summer, celebrate
the Fourth of July, get ready for a class reunion, a
wedding whatever!
But in our AMERICAN WAY of "I WANT RESULTS NOW!," we
then typically rush the system, and pay too much
attention to the number on the scale thinking..."well,
if I only lose about another ten pounds, then I'll
look good."
Only to finally do that, (lose the next ten), very
quickly, BUT not be satisfied with the end result.
(YOU violated the #6 commandment of fitness success,
available for printout under the heading of "FREE
Stuff" on this web site)
6. Throw away the scale!
It doesn't matter how much you weigh, it matters what
you look like you weigh!
Forget the number on the scale, modify you daily
calorie consumption and increase your expenditure, and
do not try to lose more than two pounds a week.
DON"T RUSH NATURES ability to help you. Give it time
to work, and remember...
"The longer it takes to get off, (fat) the longer it
will stay off."
Recommended Reading
Pushing the envelope
by speaker/author Harvey Mackay
A modern-day version of motivation (as good as it gets
before Dare to Dream big! comes out next month) that
takes the reader on a typical fast-paced journey of self-realization.
Harvey, (I can call him that because he sent me a
testimonial for my book) is 60+ but has a tremendous
grasp on reality for younger babyboomers like myself.
As a self-made millionaire, senior tennis champion,
and CEO of an envelope firm, has also has enough
financial muscle (backing) to still go after the young
readers.
A GREAT book for all ages.

Motivation for Winners!
"If you think you can or think you can't....YOUR
RIGHT!"
WHY? Because I believe (as most GoalAchievers do)
that LIFE is a SELF-fulfilling prophecy.
What's New at DRMBIG!
Will be interviewed on channel 26 (NBC) Friday morning
at 6:40am by Bonnie Kirshmann promoting the C.D./Book
FIT HAPPENS at any age!
WHY another fitness book? Because this one will
finally work, for one. RESULTS. THE TNT training
system which yours truly developed features training,
nutrition and time in the right balance.
Don't say duh...it also combines my, (read: YOURS TOO)
25 year quest of looking my best at 40....based on
fitness, nutrition and motivation! AHA! The first
book also to do that.
Finally, not one RECIPE in the dumb thing. If you
want recipes, call my grandmother...If you want
fitness RESULTS listen to the C.D. and RESERVE your
copy of the book on-line today. NOW!!!!!
Until next week... wake up and smell the flowers... DREAM BIG!
Mike.
