"Human potential has always been unlimited."
"No one can make you FEEL BAD without your internal permission. If you don't want to feel bad, secretly don't give them permission."
"Why is it that the truly great achievers in life make it seem almost effortless?
Could it be that the world is just finally beginning to notice, and that all the while, those super-achieving people were merely fulfilling their VISION of how they SEE their FUTURE?"
As Bill Murray said in the movie Caddyshack, "Be the BALL."

TNT-Fitness Tip of the Week!
You burn the most fat first thing in the morning on an
empty stomach than any other time of the day!
WHY? No food has been consumed for 6-8 hours (food
takes only 2-6 hours to totally digest) and the body
will be "forced to burn it's STORED FAT" (hello that
good!) for energy to Fuel the workout.
ONLY, and this is a huge ONLY, if you haven't eaten or
drank anything, other than water, before you begin to
workout!
Folks, if your goal is to burn more fat than anything
you've ever tried before...you need to exercise first
thing in the morning on an empty stomach....at least
two to three times a week!
Now, if you're NOT a Morning person, well
then...ah...good luck!
....and do what you've been doing anyway.
(I will say this, and this is one of the "coolest
things about fitness" is that it's so easy with just a
little bit of NEW knowledge to get better results!

The Choice
by Og Mandino
One of the best books I ever read about a person, in
his early forties, who was "rushing through life
trying to be everything to everybody, (working his way
up the corporate ladder at work, being goal oriented
about his time and life, trying to be the ultimate provider)....and then realizing he has two teenagers at home who barely know him, because he's ALWAYS GONE!
(and he figured it out on Fathers Day while rushing to
an early tee-time with clients in town for a meeting!)
Please, I'm not trying to say that his thinking (of
improvement and society)is wrong...it's just PERHAPS
he could be a "bit beter directed."
Never will you see on someones grave stone.."Here lies
Jim Smith...he wished he had spent more time on the
road, away from his family while missing too many
soccer games, recitals and birthdays to remember) , all
because he was clawing his way up the corporate
ladder."
Life is not a dress rehersal. This is it. These are
the choices you are making to shape it. You will not
be ever able to "turn the clock back" and do the
things you value most once that fleating moment of
time has passed.
As 19th century artist Cezane once said: "You NEED to
become that moment." AMEN!

Motivation for Winners!
Faith and the BUS DRIVER!
A powerful motivator if applied correctly.
Have faith and be patient. There is an "ultimate plan
at work."
You are merely in the bus, maybe row three or four,
while the bus driver himself is driving. Please don't
try to give too many directions...he's in control. He
choose the road you are taking now for a reason. He
wants you to grow as a person, mature, make better
decisions about the choices you will need to make in
the future, and perhaps even grow in your faith!
It's those powerful CHOICES again which will form your
future and it's destiny! Don't be afraid, there is guidance....he's the bus driver!
What's New at DRMBIG!
Made an appearance with "a great group of friends in
Ohio on SUNNY 95 radio and "inspiration 1580 AM" two
weeks ago.
I love OHIO!
Their state motto: "With God, all things are possible."....matthew 19-26.
The appearance on inspirational radio felt "really
right."
I think the bus drivers' work has already begun....
Until next week...Continue to dream big! Mike.
Feel free to forward to your MCI network (family and
friends)
As always... let me hear from you, including
suggestions for inclusion in future issues.
