TNT-Fitness Tip of the Week!
When in doubt...MOVE!
Our # 1 health concern today is NOT AIDS, cancer, or
heart disease...(though they are all in the top ten),
it is OBESITY!
If you still disagree...spend about ten minutes in a
WALMART and look around.
WHY? People don't move anymore. Our parents and
grandparents MOVED a heck of alot more than we do
today.
1. They typically worked longer, harder and did more
manual labor. Many, including my grandparents on both
sides, were farmers! MORE MOVING equals more calorie
burning!
2. They ate well, but had very few "PROCESSED SUGARS"
in their everyday diet. DO YOU? DUH!
To them, a "blizzard" was a heavy snowstorm!
3. Early to bed, early to rise, makes a person
healthy, wealthy and wise.
Well...two out of three isn't bad. They were healthy
and wise...and even some were wealthy!
I plead to you: MOVE MORE!
Recommended Reading
"The Power of Positive Thinking!"
by Norman Vincent Peale
Over 5 million copies in print for a great
reason....the time-tested wisdom is fantastic!
Break the worry habit, get more people to like you,
believe in yourself, and live a fuller more satisfying
life. This book has it all.
A classic that is my TOP TEN books of all-time!

Motivation for Winners!
"A winner is a loser that keeps on trying."
"Winners don't care who wins, they merely concentrate
on DOING THEIR BEST."
"Our son wants to play basketball for DUKE and then in
the NBA, (he's ten years old)...his chances are
excellent that he will.
WHY? He believes in himself, his goals are written,
and he continually wants to improve his game."
