Born in Port Washington, raised in Saukville, a graduate of Grafton High School and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Mike Pierron is truly an example of a "small town boy who dreams big!"

Pierron, the second of four children born to Francis (a carpenter) and Barbara (a teacher)· was raised in a fairly strict Catholic home at 1765 Cedar Sauk Road.· A self-proclaimed border kid...Cedar Sauk Road was between Cedarburg and Saukville, Mike had an interest in sports at an early age and was for the most part self-taught!

Like his idol Arnold Schwarzenegger, he wanted to be bigger and stronger and was bit by the weight training bug at age 14!· While Arnold's success was immediate and quick (a multiple Mr. Olympia Winner)..Mike's was anything but!

"For a tall and skinny natural (drug-free) athlete...it's much more difficult to put size on than for a short, stocky guy." And at 6'4" Pierron had his challenges. But with time...comes expertise....and a HIGH LEVEL of DESIRE!

Now at 48, he is planning to compete next in California at the Natural IRONMAN Mr. Universe in January, 2012. To date...he has yet to beat another competitor although he has been in five drug-tested contests, with his highest placing being runner-up Masters Mr. Wisconsin in 1998! Along the way, Pierron founded a motivational speaking and training firm, DREAM BIG, written a FIVE STAR rated book on Amazon called:· "FIT HAPPENS at any age" and has yet to charge a school or youth group a penny while speaking out against the dangers of steriods in sports!
